I started with them years ago. They did a fantastic job until they lost some key employees a few years ago and now they don't have a clue what is going on. The manager said he would take care of me when the person who usually handled my returns left. I just found out they didn't file my past 2 years and cant find my documents. I would stay far away

My dear neighbor recommended Pronto Tax and I made an appointment within 3 days. The receptionist "Cynthia" was so professional and sweet. The ambiance was down to earth and not stuffy or messy. I had an appointment with Tim who was amazing, cordial, and had an aura that was relaxing. Step by step he explained the tax preparation and directed his monitor to my attention. Overall there aren't enough stars to rate Pronto Tax Service. That's how good this family business is run.

The time i walked into here was because my mom and i had recently moved and we were looking for a tax place nearby that takes appointments. I knew nothing about my taxes and all i know is that i have to do it.

Its been about 5 years now, and I havent missed a tax season. I always make sure to make my appointments with Jessie. He gives me great advice, too on how to manage my savings and be able to maximize my returns. He's been very helpful to me and my business and now i recommend him to everyone who asks for tax help.

I recommend calling in advance and scheduling an appointment. You can also call to find out what are their walk-in dates. It varies for each person, so its best to call and ask for availability.

I'll be back next tax season!
