My husband and I are brimming with gratitude for everything Jacie Caballero and team at Coast Cities Insurance did to set us up with new secondary health care insurance in September. It was our error not knowing the correct date of when our employer-provided insurance would end. I was mortified when we discovered we overlooked that and had to request a rush job from Jacie to research our options and make recommendations. Jacie did not flinch. She put in extra time on the weekend, got the information we needed, worked with us to complete the enrollment (both secondary insurance and a drug plan) in time to meet our Sept. 30th deadline - just as she was heading into her busiest month of the year. Wow! Way above and beyond. Jacie and team saved us a lot of money, and so far so good with the coverage we have. We are grateful there are people like Jacie who put customer service first.
