Lupita at the Porterville branch is one of the most helpful representatives I have ever dealt with. Lupita has excellent customer service skills. Over 50 years l have been a faithful customer & Unfortunately due to the overwhelming increases in homeowner policies in Springville CA, we may have to cancel many of our policies. I don’t hold it against helpful agents, I hold it against companies that see no credit or substantial discounts for long time members with no claims.

Hands down best customer service I’ve had in awhile. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The energy in the office was great all smiles. Walked out with a policy with way more coverage for close to what I was already paying elsewhere for bare minimum coverage.
