I would give a 0 star if allowed. Stuart Wasserman was nice when I first signed up now every time I need help he text's me to contact main office. Why do I have him as my Rep I am willing to pay extra to have a rep who cares who responses and calls you back to try and guide you, if that is what you are looking for this guy is not it. Horrible service 😑

I have home owner insurance through them. The insurance company is canceling my coverage. I kept calling Scott Keating, I also called the customer service. I email them repeatedly. After left 4 messages and 3 voicemails. Still no response. I started 3 months before the cancelations. This month, my policy will expire, and I'm frantically looking for another company. Finally today, he called me back. He said he had as lot of difficulty due to insurance companies are pulling out of California. Which is true. However, they could've simply sent me a email to keep me informed and not worried about it.

I thought i was getting Mercury insurance all my bills say there from mercury insurance but i am with Mills Insurance, All week i have NOT been able to get through to speak to my agent to add coverages i thought we had already. Everytime the customer service rep puts me through into a que then i get hung up on. How can i report them to the insurance commissioner? Who is Accuser?

The agent that helped me out when I first signed up was great his name is Scott. He was very helpful, nice, and not pushy at all. I called today about a month after signing a new policy to cancel and the women I spoke to was Lisa...she was very pushy. I told her I wanted to cancel and I explained why and she still was push about me keeping it for another car. I kindly told her no and explained again
...like really lady don't worry about me just cancel it please. She still didn't get the hint until I had to be rude about it and tell her the problems I was dealing with and didn't want to worry about my insurance. She then finally got the hint. Good company for the first month I had it, just make sure you ask for Scott.

Ive been with Mills Insurance for 30 years. They are extremely helpful and you can't beat their bundled prices on housing and automobile insurance. Give them a call and ask for Dee. She is thee best customer service representative that I have ever worked with. In fact, all the employees are helpful. I would definately say, "Call Them."

Unbelievable customer service! An NOT in a good way.
Called in to cancel and request refund on an auto and a home owners policy on behalf on my deceased mother. Was told I would get a call back "shortly". Two days later, I was still waiting. Called again, and Dee was as cold as a fish. No apology, No condolences. No customer service! Certainly would not recommend this agency!
