I originally wanted to cancelle my blue shield insurance. GABBY told me that I would not get billed the next month, even if it was a day before the month was over. Then I see I was billed and with more fees from the bank. I called Waider to explain the situation and didnt recieve a call till 2 weeks later. The owner called and blamed the situation on me and didnt believe anything I was saying. He was too caught up on me turning in the cancellation letter the day before the month was over, which I knew, but Gabby told me that I would NOT get charged the following month. The owner told me that there was nothing he could do and hung up on me. I decided to call blue shield customer service and spent 30min on the phone with blue shield to find out that it was never cancelled! I never post anything online, but this is absolutely not okay and this should not happen to anyone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
