I meant to write this review after getting our homeowners policy with Jason In November, but as fate would have it, now is an even better time to do it. Why? Because our home and everything we owned just burned down in the Eaton fire and without Jason, we would not have had coverage. When another carrier dropped us from our homeowner's coverage, Jason was the ONLY agent who could offer us something that wasn't substandard and overpriced.

The CA insurance market is horrendous. What has now happened in Altadena and Palisades with so many generational homes being lost in mere hours due to the LA wildfire disaster (and so many folks not having coverage because they were either dropped or it was too expensive) really hits home how dire this issue is. We need more agents like Jason.

I switched over to farmer’s as a mutual friend introduced to Jason few years back for home insurance. Ever since then, I have farmers insurance for everything auto, home etc. His team member, Cynthia’s been a great help throughout. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Been using Jason's office for home owners + two cars. He has competitive rates & more importantly great customer service. Well I guess everyone's rates went up a little but that's global. I can always count on the staff to return my emails or calls, specifically Cynthia, Brian, Jennifer & Nancy are all super helpful. Cynthia in particular goes out of the way to help, highly recommended this office.

I been with farmers for a couple of years now and can truthfully say the level of customer service has improved tremendously. Cynthia, at this branch was a huge help and fast response on all my inquiries and managed to lower my premium overnight after it had increased for not updating my mileage. Her professionalism and fast response to customer inquiries is something we are no longer used to. So so working to someone having them assists you was a huge pleasure and peace of mind.
