I came in here just to see how much some of the jewelry I have had in my jewelry box would be worth. There was 1 customer service person with a customer so I sat down and waited. While waiting for other employees, no others acknowledged me so I thought they were busy. Then 2 people come in and go straight to the counter and got serviced…. Who lets a customer sit there and not acknowledge them if they are not busy… it’s RUDE. I left out and will not be returning.

This is the greatest Jewelry/Coin store on planet earth. I asked God to lead me to an affordable Jewelry store for my bride to be. Joseph and Kim helped me with my ring selection. They had exactly what my bride to be was looking for. Not only that, they sized it up for me and everything. It was quick and easy.
