Best Health Insurance Brokers In San Diego. This review is LONG over due. I've worked with Todd Financial, namely April Sanchez for over 6 years now and they are amazing. Hands down the most dedicated, knowledgeable, CAPABLE insurance brokers in San Diego Their rates are on par with other brokers for health insurance, the service they provide is the real value.

I ended up calling April with an urgent situation today, my Drs office had really messed up, they waited until the day of my appointment to try and get approval for something I need. Then they said the request was denied for lack of coverage. It's darn near impossible to get issues with insurance coverage taken care of quickly much less in 2 hours. Well, April did it! I left her a voice mail and within minutes she messaged me saying she was on the phone with the insurance company and would have it all sorted out. Within another 10 minutes she had emailed confirming it was covered, along with documentation and said she had faxed everything to my Drs office. Just a few minutes after that she was on a conference call with my Drs office and the insurance company to make sure everything was handled and I wouldn't have to reschedule.

This isn't the first time Todd Financial has had to help with a difficult situation. But every time they get the problem solved! I recall mentioning to April in passing once, that a co-worker that was expecting twins had just found out that one of the babies would need open heart surgery (yeah really). Her first reaction was, "have him call me and I want him to have my phone number handy if anything comes up".

The reality is insurance is expensive but at least with Todd Financial and April Sanchez, you'll get the best service possible.
