While I hate that I had to use my insurance for the first time, then almost immediately had to use it again, I can say without a doubt that I received not only quality care, but friendly, professional and true concern about my needs.

First, I'm hit broadside by a deer, then on the way home from getting the estimate for the damage, a car cuts in front of me on the highway, his tire tosses a rock and breaks my windshield!

I spoke with my agent and she took care of me, alleviated my worries about my deductible as both instances fell under my comprehensive coverage so I have a zero deductible!

Outstanding coverage, outstanding insurance, but most importantly, outstanding agents.

I think they truly care about you as a person, not just another customer. Thank you, Allstate.

Had an issue recently with a fire. Ever adjustor and inspector have been beyond helpful. I ended up doing a lot of the work myself because contractors were charging too much from what I was getting for repairs. Everyone has been responsive and so helpful. I've felt like a customer instead of a liability.

I have been a customer for home and auto insurance with Allstate for 6 years. A few years ago when my roof had to be replaced because of wind and weather damage, Allstate offered to help with very little of the cost. Even after 3 different adjusters were sent out and verified that the roof had in fact been damaged by wind, Allstate refused to assist in my claim. Now, this year, my auto insurance has gone up. I have had no accidents and no changes were made to my policy. I called my agent and requested some more information about why this has happened and what kind of adjustments could be made to lower my monthly payments, was told I would receive a call back within a couple hours...that was 3 weeks ago. Not happy and I will NOT be renewing.

I recently lost my husband unexpectedly & Jessica was very patient with me while I was dealing with other family matters out of town until I could come in. The day I was able to, Jessica was out of the office & Molly helped me. We knew each other from high school & it was nice to just sit & talk to someone. My mom passed away. I called 3 days ago and left a voice mail to be called back. No one did. Called this am and was told she'd called back. She didn't. Called again 4 hrs later. Was told she was at lunch and she'd call back. Asked for an 800 number to call the main office, and the secretary said it would send me back to her. Such poor customer service.
Update : I just received a letter showing me how much her insurance will be at renewal!!!!!! This lady is crazy. She can not simply stop a dead person account!! Do not use her
