I have been banking with navy federal for over 25 years. And they can’t cash a total $215.30 checks. I have more than 20k in the bank. They have to put 1 day hold. I was waiting for at least 30 minutes one guy working and the two ladies was just seating down no one acknowledge me. Until I told one of the ladies if they could help me. They were just busy messaging each other giggling. Navy fed. Get better employees. 7/29/2023 10;26 am.

I needed a service and was told I would have to wait 40 minutes so I asked the receptionist if I could go to the store and come back in 20...she said yes...when I came back she looked at me like she didn't know me and said, "oh I thought you left?" So they made me wait over an hour...wow she should have just stated for me to stay...but I was just trying to follow COVID protocol since there were already two other people in the lounge...never again I should have gone to another Navy Federal...I won't be back to this one for sure!

I have been with the branch in tierrasanta mall. Over 5 years or more. Always EXCELLENT SERVICE on everything that matters. Staff is the best you could ask for at a bank or credit union. Family members as well belong to Navy Federal Credit Union throughout the United States of America. Thank you for your EXCELLENT SERVICE.

One of your workers, Desiree Voight at the Tierrasanta location, went above and beyond her job to assist me in a situation i found myself in. I was scammed out of a significant amout of money to a student loan fake facility. She calmed me down; as i was very clearly upset and overwhelmed, she gave me statments and phone numbers to call, told me where i can find information on my student loans, and was just so kind and patient. I was really not in a good mental state after some traumatic things that happened these last couple of months. So her patience, professionalism, her going above and beyond to be kind and work with me was such an amazing gift. I truly appreciate her and will continue to come back to this location because the staff here truly cares. The manager i spoke to was amazing and i asked if there was a way corporate could know. So here i am, and will be posting this to other review sights and such.

Horrible people. The time on here is freaking wrong on Saturday they close at 155pm. I literally walk up to do the deposit at the ATM. It doesn't read my card. The lady was locking the door and pulling down the blinds. I waited for someone to come out/ let a customer out. I told him it wasnt working it was thrn 158pm and asked if someone could help me he told me to keep trying. I kept trying. Then at 203pm a woman opens the door to let another customer out. I explained the situation to her that the atm was not reading my card and online it said that this Tierrasanta branch was open until 3. She replied with its a safity concern to let someone in after closing hours and we dont go by what time is displayed on Google." And closed the door. Seriously you closed 5 minutes early. I know its a Saturday and you want to go home but work your hours come on!

Weekday hours of 9am to 4pm are NOT very helpful for the working person. However neither is the wait to get assisted. I’d recommend any other location.
