Let me start this out by saying I’m completely ecstatic and am now a Home Owner after going to destiny six!!
They offer the FIRST TIME HOME BUYER CLASS! This class will help tremendously when buying a home!!
So I initially reached out to Valerie via email and inquired about the “First Time Home Buyers Class”; later come to find out that they are a family ran business and they offer all services to get you a home. They are agents, loan lenders, etc. they were truly a “one stop shop”; after taking the class provided by Destiny Six Financial I was able to obtain the proper information I needed to have in order to enter the home buying process. Throughout the process Derrick, Derrian, DeeDee and Valerie were absolutely phenomenal, the communication was ridiculously on point, I was guided the whole step of the way. There is so much that comes with buying a home but this team made it very easy to get where we needed to be. Derrick is an amazing realtor and person as well as the rest of the team, if you are truly serious about getting a home go to Destiny Six Financial!!! When we 1st went to Destiny Six Financial, we went for a reverse mortgage. When that didn't happen we tried something else. It took time but Darrian worked long and hard to work for us.
