Didn't even bother to offer insurance coverage. Totally blew me off and sent me back to my old company that I had before even though I ( THE PAYING CUSTOMER) wanted something else this time. Glad I didn't waste my time and my gas driving over there just to get turned away!
And the lady who answered the phone seemed to have an attitude!
Smh. If you hate your job, THEN LEAVE! Don't take your Mad out on innocent people.

A great family run business. I have done business and known them for over 20 years. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They will often do quote comparisons against other insurance companies to show you exactly what your coverage is including. If they cannot beat your current policy they will tell you what coverages you need or do not need. That is just being morally correct and looking out for the customer. I refer all my friends to them for home and auto insurance. Best customer service I have ever received.
