In May 2024 upon purchasing a Harley Davidson from a Dealer, I was referred to Rana Insurance Services. I contacted Rana and spoke with "Mario" and advised that I needed full coverage but that I had an at fault accident back in December 2023. I specifically asked for a policy that took this into account and that I could pay IN FULL. I was quoted a policy for $911.00 and asked to make two payments $602.76 and $308.24. I later determined that the policy was 602.76 for Foremost Ins. Co. and Rana collected $308.24 for the "referral". About a month later I began receiving bills from Foremost Ins. Co. Asking for an additional $151.00. "Mario" did not quote me a policy that took into account the at fault accident of Dec 2023 and with this now factored in, the policy total increased by $151.00. I contacted " Mario" on numerous occasions and each time he says he will call me back, he NEVER DOES. If this is the way they do business at Rana Insurance Services I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS THERE!!
