Best insurance agency in California in my opinion. I have been with them for decades and they Now cover all of my vehicles, including my motorcycle, as well as my home. They are never difficult to deal with regarding claims and they always favor their clients and take good care of us, as they have taken care of me. They are extremely friendly and professional on the phone and they always resolve my insurance needs on the first call. I couldn't be more happy and satisfied and I just hope they stay in California and keep providing excellent service to all of us. Many insurance companies have already decided to no longer wright policies in California as well as trying to delay and deny as many claims as possible, but I have never experienced that with Norb Murphy or state farm.

Leslie is an awesome person to have your back. Every time I needed something or needed an update on my policy she would jump on it quickly! Always helpful and I have had many chances to leave elsewhere for a slightly cheaper price but you can't put a price on customer service and availability that Leslie gives.
