Transwide Insurance has been my Brokerage since 2003, in that time I’ve had a few accidents one which totaled my truck, trailer and load, which ended up being over an eighty thousand dollar claim for the freight alone. The claim for the load was handled so quick, the shipper I haul for said it was the fastest settlement of a claim he ever had (two weeks) My truck and trailer settlement wasn’t far behind with no headaches. The office staff is always pleasant and professional and the customer service is amazing Three trucks two trailers 16 years and I still get the same personal touch.

Transwide has been my brokerage for about 5 yrs now never have I had issues. Customer service is on top of the line shout out to Anna Ramirez thank you for your help and service (no offense to all other employees) you have really help me in many ways. The agents are very helpful as I am new to helping my father’s business and have a million questions to ask. They are patient and explain how commercial insurance works both in English and in Spanish. Customer service has been easy to work with so far in making changes, payments, and getting certificates on time. I highly recommend this company. They know what they’re doing. 😊

Just came across this insurance broken by word of mouth, not too many reviews, but not dis they do one hell of a job for me. I am a new o.o. and they help me with every single thing. Before I bought my truck I was not aware of all the permits n many different types of insurances there were. They explained all that to me and then some. I was unaware that i had to pay road taxes to be able to use my diesel on the road and they helped me, and I am soo thankful that I came across them. This team is amazing.
