The agent Michael Lindsay let me know my home owners insurance would be dropping. He measured me that he was working on getting another company to provide our insurance. Week after week he said he was working on it. The week before confirmed he was still working on it. He did not say I should be looking somewhere else. Then 2 days before my insurance drops I still did not hear back from him. I sent him a text message and he told me he had so much work he has not been able to get a quote for me yet. He told me to start looking elsewhere. I do not recommend this agent. He does not care about his clients. Please do not let this happen to you!
