I contacted this office based on all the great reviews I found on Google. Unfortunately out of five different quotes from 5 different agencies, this office was the most expensive. I was really looking forward to work with Wendy Murphy agency. But other than that their customer service was good.

Wendy has had an exceptional career running a successful insurance agency. This is because she understands the business she’s in .... taking GREAT care of her customers. To do that over many years you must have a strong dedicated team. She certainly has that with Kelly, Jo, and others making sure existing customers and prospective new customers have a clear understanding of a sometimes hard to understand subject ... personal and small business insurance. You’ll be hard pressed to find another agency that will work for you to protect what matters to you most. And you would be taking a foolish risk by trying to buy your insurance online or with an 1-800 number.
