California insurance industry is a shambles!! I tried to deal with 14 different insurance agencies to secure homeowners insurance. Only one answered the phone. Didn’t do everything by text n email. Had good explanations n value. Quotes ranged from $9k to $24k/ year.

Natalie was amazing! From the first time we called she assisted us patiently through every step. She explained everything thoroughly and gave detailed answers to our many questions as we explored different configurations for our home insurance. She always responded quite promptly to our calls and emails. We felt confident that she could find the right insurance for us. The one issue we had, that does not involve Dove Insurance, was the exterior home inspection. Natalie told us that it would be within 2 months. The home inspector did not even knock on our door. We found him wandering near a window one morning. Uncomfortable.
