It was ok. Unfortunately AAA is by county. We moved and let them know we moved outside of their area. They still charged me $209 to renewal. Had to call again and they canceled it.
A year ago I checked out their car insurance and it was super expensive for two cars that drive less than 40 miles a week for both cars.

I've personally interacted with Isaac Alvarez, Ins underwriter, twice. Both times very positive. Isaac is very knowledgeable, takes time to listen to your concerns. He helped me save money on my policy. Definitely recommend!

Every time I come in here and take care of my dmv stuff, each employee is nice af and helps me. Makes AAA worth it 100% for this alone cause the dmv sucks

My experience was very bad . I went today May 1 at noon , the lady who provided me with the service she is soooo mean and not approachable . She did not wear a name tag but she was sitting in the renew desk and the name in that desk is Hutchison . Her customer service skill is 0 . I wish she can be trained on how to treat customers nicely and smile at least .

Nice front desk customer service experience, but the DMV service wait time can be quite long as they may have only one agent working at a time. If you have waited time to be seen and for any reason you forget to bring a document or signature and you step out the building to bring it it, you will be put in the back of the wait line again once you are back, which is inconvenient.

The staff is very friendly and actually smiles while doing their job! Good luck finding a smile at the DMV. Everyone was very helpful and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Excellent job!
