The only complaint I have is their phone system is not the best and there is sometimes static in the line so you can't understand the the secretary very well when you call and also it takes a long time to get your payments made since all the covid stuff has started. You haft to wait on the porch for them to get to the door and wait a really long time for them to bring your receipt and change back to you. I have been the only car in the parking lot and it has still taken about 15 + mins for them to get back to me. I don't mind being on the porch to wait, but there are some bee issues that y'all have with red wasp and they kinda hover around the porch area. I'm allergic and haft to carry an epie pen. Other than that the service has always been OUTSTANDING and EVERYONE has always been as nice as can be.

We've been using Old Church Church Ins. for a while now and are extremely satisfied. They are always able to find good rates for us. Their lobby isn't open right now due to covid so they have a note I the door asking you to call or knock. They come out fairly quickly to either help you or to let you know that it may be a few minutes. The unique porch furniture they have makes it a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend.

Purchasing a home and trying to get Insurance quotes for my mortgage company I've got quotes from multiple places but someone said try Old Church! This lady April said she couldn't even give me a quote without my appraisal well that's a first! I just need a quote! Not taking it out today! Very unprofessional when they finally decided to answer the phone! Don't waste your energy calling this place! They don't want buisness!
