I have been with Greg Lerum for approximately a year after changing insurance policies via my HOA. I have not had to make a claim yet, but I am very satisfied with the responsiveness and the service that I receive from Greg and his associates. I recently refinanced and had to get information and documentation about my homeowners policy. Their office was all over it, which was really nice to see! When they answer the phone and talk to you they seem to be quite aware of their job and quite knowledgeable about what’s going on, not like other places I’ve talked to where I have to dig through three or four people to get someone with knowledge. Very Satisfied, I would definitely recommend them!

They don’t care. They just take payments. Our policy has increased 3k/yr last year and another 3k this year. They don’t even try to figure out a solution. Their response?! ‘I’m surprised you weren’t dropped because so many were.’ Seriously. I found another agent who actually cared and isn’t just about collecting $, ½ the rate (letum went up to 10k this year). We’ve never filled a claim nor had issues. Run!
Update, 10/10/23. To add to their incompetence, they are requesting the new policy declarations in order to cancel the policy, which I told them to cancel Sept 29th. Is this legal? Doubt it. The house is free and clear, no lender. I will be reporting them to the insurance commission.

I've been with Farmers insurance since 1978. When my old insurance agent was too lazy to take pictures of my new house, I switched to Greg Lerum in 2002. What a blessing! I work primarily with Sophia - and she really CARES. She has consistently demonstrated the best customer service and PROACTIVE help with modifying coverage to save you money while keeping the great coverage Farmers offers.
