Due to recent water damage claim, my renter house insurance company did not renew with only three weeks away from expiration. I contact A&E insurance Service for help and her sales representative LuLu Zeng provided an outstanding and professional service to me in which I finally get switch to a new insurance company to get cover and with reasonable premium before expiration. She was very patiently explain and addressed the difficulty to switch insurance with a recent claim still outstanding , advice me the alternatives and processed procedures, listed me very clearly the the required information & documentations resulting excellent preparation to enhance the chance and speed up the approval of the new application. Without the help of A&E insurance Service and LuLu Zeng, I will be in deep trouble for sure. I will strongly recommend them to all of my known person in the future.

I was very apprehensive calling them about my insurance needs. I didn't know what to expect nor if this was going to be difficult or not.

Well I talked to Steve who was friendly and answered all my questions. I can't tell you the relief I felt knowing that everything was going to be ok. I cannot reccomend this firm enough. I'm still a little stunned at how helpful both he and Uyen were to me. I genuinely felt like they wanted to help. I even offered to compensate them for going above and beyond, but Steve declined.

I will go back to them time and time again for any other insurance needs, or if family and friends need quotes. I'm extremely lucky to have called them this morning.
