I had an unfortunate experience today with Stanley Wong, who came to dine at the restaurant where I work. He introduced himself as the owner of Stanley Wong's business and seemed to expect preferential treatment because our businesses are neighbors.

When he arrived, he was immediately rude to all the waitresses. Despite his entitled demeanor, I politely informed him that there was a wait and that I would seat him as soon as I finished assisting another guest. Mr. Wong was impatient and clearly unhappy with this.

Although they were seated promptly, Mr. Wong's behavior continued to be problematic. When I followed standard procedure by asking if his party needed anything, he responded aggressively and told me to stop smiling as I spoke. His companion found this amusing, further adding to the discomfort.

I do not usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly distressing. While I understand that people can become irritable, especially in hot weather, Mr. Wong's behavior was unacceptable. I am deeply concerned about being in business with someone who treats service workers so poorly, particularly those he considers his neighbors.

Edit: I hadn’t seen it before, but thank you for your swift response. Although my coworkers and I are certain of who we saw and it was for sure one of the gentlemen in the company photos. Kind regards.

Every year premium went up and every time I asked them to make my policy premium go lower per my new needs they always just told me they couldn't do anything. So I called the insurance company myself and got my premium lowered per my new needs. It can be done and they just don't want to do it.
