I talked with Kris Haberstroh when I went to go get some papers signed (something went awry with the website, and I was directed to this location to sign some papers), and he helped to make it a very straightforward process. He did the computer-work and printed papers for me to sign and get over with, and I got it done significantly faster than thought possible. I went in for a quote and spoke with Tracey. She was awesome! She answered all of my questions and made the process very quick and easy. I hate shopping around for insurance because they always try to talk me into more than what I need. She explained all of my options and came up with the perfect policy for me....and my wallet. I'd highly recommend giving her a call if you're in need of insurance. This is one happy (new) customer.

When i tell you when i call the homewood office the girl that answer the phone was so rude trying to talk so fast i was so upset with that girl i hung up and called another office the one in Pelham she was so sweet
