Had a very good experience here. Aura helped me get my registration and insurance, the person I bought my car off of had put false tags on it and she had informed me, and fixed everything and got what I needed, she had a good attitude and was very patient with me. (as this was my first car, and had a million questions). Prices are great and this is better than waiting in a 2 hour or more line at the DMV. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Thank you Aura!

I went to this business today to sign a document and get it notarized. I chose this place because I've been there before, provided them with adequate documentation and a valid ID and had no problems. This time, even though I provided the same information as before, the lady in the office couldn't do her job for some unknown reason. Luckily they're several notary places you can find as you're trying to handle business on your lunch break. Just drove a few blocks and found Melvin Mora & Associates. Gave them the same documentation, a valid ID, and I walked out of there with my notarized documents and still enough time to enjoy my lunch break. I highly recommend Melvin Mora & Associates!

I have done my taxes here for the past 12 years and they have been really nice with me. If i have any problem Mr. Jaime has always helped out with that, even his wife. Maybe some people say she is rude but she is nice, thats her personality like all of us in other words she knows whats best for you to help you out.

Very poor service attitude from receptionist girl to the right when you walk in.

I called because I needed a notarized letter I spoke to a guy and explained what I needed he said to come over. When I showed up they said they couldn't do it and she was pushing me away since she wanted to take her lunch already hahahaha they're a joke!!!
