I first got in touch with Yasmin Farjado and anthem Mortgage Inc through my realtor Lorena around August 2023. At first I was a little skeptical because I didn’t think it would be possible to buy a house for me and my family. I really didn’t believe that I was ever going to be able to afford a home. Yasmin scheduled a zoom meeting with me and my husband and she answered all of our questions she was super nice very knowledgeable and presented herself very professionally she went through the process step by step and what we would expect thought each step in purchasing our home. As the weeks passed by and after each house we looked and believe me we looked at a lot she answered any question we had about each property. She made us feel heard and understood as far as budget wise. She answered all of my questions because I was a first time home buyer I had so many questions and she was pretty available as far as answering anything she would answer me right away or call if I needed clarification on anything. Fast forward 5 months I’m in my new house still in disbelief that we’re home owners 🤍🏡. Yasmin still makes such an effort to check in and see how we’re doing if we have any questions. I still text her with questions but honestly it’s because she’s just so knowledgeable and she communicates very effectively any question we may have. Needless to say we are very happy with Anthem Mortgage with Yasmin for making our first home purchase as genuine and easy for us as possible. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️
