I recently had an unfortunate experience with Victor Martinez, founder of this company, at a professional event. As a Latina business owner, I believe it’s crucial to speak out when a business fails to demonstrate basic respect and inclusivity, especially toward women entrepreneurs.

Throughout our interaction, Mr. Martinez directed his attention solely to my male co-founder, entirely disregarding my presence and contributions. When it came time to introduce us to others, he only introduced my co-founder, as though I was invisible. This kind of behavior is not only outdated but demonstrates a blatant lack of respect for women in business.

I would not recommend his services to any female entrepreneurs. In 2024, professionals should understand the importance of valuing all business owners equally, regardless of gender. If you are a woman in business looking for tax or accounting services, I strongly advise finding a firm that is more in tune with today’s standards of respect, equality, and professionalism.

I reached out to Victor and emailed all my forms and got a quote from him and a confirmation that he will proceed with my paperwork. Then, he just ghosted me. I emailed and reached out to his secretaries over the phone many times, never to receive a call back. Very frustrating especially since he confirmed that he is going to proceed with my taxes. Total waste of time.

Victor has been my to go Tax guy for the past 6 years. He is always there for any questions and or concerns you may have. He gives you knowledge with your write-offs. i have also recommended him with friends and family which they also use his services. Liana is also great with her quickbooks and can teach you how to use it.

We have now became friends and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my personal and business taxes. He is consistently updated on the new laws and has amazing knowledge.
