Devan Hammock is one of the best insurance people that I have ever worked with. He took the time to explain to me the various aspects of my current policies (home, auto, umbrella) and showed me where I was not as protected as I could/should be. In the end, I got better policies and saved money on all my insurance.

This rating is only for the woman who answered the phone (she did not give me her name), I felt that she was unprofessional. She acted like it was an inconvenience that I had called and yelled at me during my phone call. I was telling her my name and why I had called, but she quickly interrupted me and said "I need a policy number."

After trying to find me in the system (which she was unable to do - and that is not her fault), she realized that the phone number I was given on my insurance cards for my agent was incorrect. She was familiar with him, and then she very quickly said the phone number without giving me time to get a pen to write it down. When I apologized and explained this to her, she sounded irritated. I quickly grabbed a pen and she repeated the number very fast, but missed three digits in the middle of the phone number. I apologized again and said that I have a pen now but she had missed the three middle digits of the phone number, and if she could please say it one more time. She yelled "OH MY GOD" at me and said the number once more very fast. I was able to write it down quickly. I said thank you and sorry to bother you, then she hung up on me with barely saying a goodbye.

I'm sorry if she felt as if I wasted her time, and if I annoyed her a bit (that was not intentional), but there was no need to be rude for a less than 2 minute phone call.

Please retrain the person who answers your phones, she needs some sugar in her coffee cus she had a nasty attitude from the start of my call, AND couldn’t even find the valid and current policy your office made after repeating all the information various times, she made it clearly apparent that the call was an inconvenience. I called the company who was able to not only find the policy with that same information but they also confirmed that it was the correct agents office. Way to show customer service.

The worst service. Ever! They let our policy elapse without even a call after being a 20 year customer. We received no notice or warning. We lost our huge discount and our premium almost doubled. I bet they're happy about that. It is also next to impossible to get a quote for additional policies. We are currently looking for another agent or broker. We will take our business else where.

Elias Melas continues to represent himself as a CURRENT agent with your company, he claims it to be so daily on Youtube, referring to the "insurance clients" he continues to handle for you. Until you can provide concrete proof that he is no longer with you and he continues to claim he is, the reviews must stand. What agent claims to work for someone daily if they don't? What SANE one anyway?

I just tried calling to get help with a quote for a client, when I called to move forward with a quote, the most unprofessional, rudest receptionist I have ever spoke with answered the phone. She cut me off every step of the way and was ZERO help. 100% go somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
