This "company" does not have their act together. Self-praised themselves highly but just create steam. Bait and switch technique. First time send me a "check" with a dollar value. I called, they backed out from that dollar value. Then 2 weeks later they send me a "check" offer with a totally different $ value $80k less. I called, they backed out again. Total lack of coordination in the company and does not really seem they know what they are doing. The most disturbing thing I learned from the owner was that he does not even want to any remodel or value-adding work to the properties he buys. He is just trying to low-ball owners to get their houses cheap, and turn around and sell them right away on the open market for much more! So don't deal with them. They don't stand by their word and most importantly they are just trying to screw you out of your property to sell it on the MLS for more. You may as well sell your property for more yourself instead of letting them prey on your precious property.
