What a hassle!! Several issues with this place that made my registration renewal so much harder than it had to be. 1. They made it where I couldn’t renew my registration online with the DMV because of an error on their part when I transferred to a personalized license plate last year. 2. They only take cash or Zelle but their ATM isn’t working. 3. Their Zelle option locked down my bank account as it was flagged for fraud.

I hope to never need their services again! Although I wouldn’t be surprised if they continue doing something to my registration where I’m stuck using their system rather than DMV.

Unfortunately my experience here was not a good one. I have been coming here for quite some time now because it was very convenient a couple days ago I went to see if I could get some information on why I had not received my tags when I paid them a little over a month ago. So I was told I was supposed to pay the late fee they charge for paying your tags late which it was weird to me that on there end it was showing that because I did NOT pay my tags late I paid before the late fee so paying there I would have to pay $88 I decided to go to the DMV an find out why this was happening it made no sense an as I figured it was wrong information the reason why I hadn't received my tags was because I had to show proof of insurance which I did an walk out the DMV with my tag an paid NOTHING. It sucks because who knows how many people have over paid at this place an don't even know it an in the situation we are living right now with everything being so expensive it's sad to know this happens to people who come here because is better then to stand in line at the DMV but at this point is it worth it?

I went into American Auto Registration yesterday for my 1st time visit. I was so impressed by how I was treated, Stephanie was friendly and very knowledgeable, she took care of all my vehicle registration concerns immediately and in a professional manner. I had made the mistake of using a different registration service for my other car, it has been a full week and I still don't have my registration yet. All they've done so far is call me and demand my CC so they could charge me more money for their mistakes. Please don't make the mistake I made, AAR is the place to go for all of your vehicle registration concerns.

Been coming here for a few years now, really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Stephanie has helped me in 3 different occasions. Wait times are very reasonable, compared to the long lines and unhappy DMV employee's, this service is very convenient and very reasonable what they charge, I only paid $35 and the rest is directly to the DMV which is a State fee not the office fees', i'm surprised they have not raised their prices since minimum wage and rents have gone up.
