My brother and I stopped by to open a new account for him. Ada first answered our questions patiently and clearly. Once my brother made the decision, she took us to Theo Tam, who then efficiently took care of the account opening process. Ms. Tung took care of the deposit process. At the end of the, he reminded us an option to make it easier for our family to manage the account. We are very happy and appreciative of the entire experience. Oh, and they spoke Mandarin with us, making things easier and warmer. I highly recommend this branch!

I deposited my money to them a years ago and I am very happy , now my home Loan are coming up. One thing I forgot them completely. My friend say what about East West Bank , I said. Oh my god.
