After those guys make a mistake on your policy and write completely wrong information, instead of addressing the error right away when they are noted about it,

(everyone makes mistakes right? but its how you deal with your mistake that makes the difference between great and Peck&Peck..) ...........................................................................................................................
-They will first accuse you and say that they went over the policy and there's nothing even though you specifically tell them what is wrong, ...........................................................................................................................
-After you send them a copy of the documents they sent you and pinpoint the error, they will still not address it right away, and if god forbid you contact them after 3 pm, they will not take care of the issue, and not pick up the phone after 4:30-4:45 ...........................................................................................................................
--> They will drag things out for days and make you jump through hoops of fire and lose clients before they do anything to correct their mistake ...........................................................................................................................- Im sorry but no matter how you look at it, it should not take a company several days and your business losing a client, to acknowledge and resolve a simple error of stating in your policy that your a corporation when your company is a sole proprietorship ...........................................................................................................................
Do not put your company name at stake in their hands. ...........................................................................................................................
