Mike and his office were very helpful as my wife and I transitioned to a new home and were not allowed to continue our property insurance with State Farm. They were very knowledgeable in answering all my questions and providing alternatives plus processing our property insurance refund. Although they were losing part of our business, that did not make a difference in their service. We are locating out of the area and will still use them for our other insurance needs and will hopefully be able to reinsure our house with them in the future.

Mike and his team, especially Chris, do a great job taking care of their insureds' needs and they go the extra mile. I have two auto policies, life insurance, renter's insurance, and an umbrella policy with them. I was having issues with one of my auto policy's premiums being too high due to incorrect accident records, and they guided me through how to fix that -- resulting in savings of hundreds of dollars a year. They're really knowledgeable and take good care of their customers. Highly recommend.
