Krystal is a God Send. She is by far the best rep you've ever had she's fantastic in getting me my reports and statements quickly and she's always professional and extremely friendly every time. Some of your other reps are not very knowledgeable and lack the understanding on requests I've made. Five days, I am waiting for a message on how to change my bank account to be answered. No number to call, hard to find name of owners/employees to email. They sell your stock at the end of the day, sometimes they miss selling it. Do yourself and your kiddo a favor and use another platform.

The year is 2020, i bought $1,000 in Stockpile giftcards for Christmas gifts for family. I gave them out, feedback was pain to set them up. Anyways, i set one up myself with some unused cards i didnt give out, their system is horrible. OMG. Anyways, i figure, ill just let them sit there and grow a bit. I set up the account in March 2022. Used $150 worth of $25 gift cards. I have not checked the account until today when i found out my account had $2.50 in total value, and 0 assets. Looks like they charge a fee and they will sell your stocks to "maintain" the account. What a scam!
