Staff is friendly. But the local office often doesn't know what the
corporate office is mailing out, thereby forcing phone calls for clarification. Also, AllState is way expensive, even for excellent drivers with low cost cars.

We are very luck to have Aki as our agent. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and most of all sincere and eager to help. She is also patient and straight forward.
