Thankfully, I have never had to go here for help, now I suggest no one does. I had the “pleasure” of speaking with Sarah. I take full responsibility of the fact that I called on behalf of my sister, speaking for her because of the RUDENESS she had to endure from Sarah and Karen. After my sister calling back and speaking with Karen, I decided to make a review. They both knew my sister from the past, being friends with their family member. I feel as if they spoke to her with a vendetta against her because they’re family member and my sister are no longer friends. Completely petty and unprofessional. Karen claimed she can’t help my sister with the issue due to her “not answering her phone for 6 months” which is not true. They’re making her suffer for no reason, knowing good and well they would, if she were still friends with the family.
If they treat someone they “know” with such little respect, how will they treat someone else that they don’t? I’ve worked with many people, both of whom I like and don’t, you treat everyone the same! DON’T go here, if you want to be treated fairly and like a human.

I used to be close friends with the family. While I was close with them they helped me in anyway they could. Once I was no longer friends with the family, this business tried to hurt me in every way. I had a loan through them and came into some financial difficulties. I tried multiple times to increase my loan term to get a smaller payment but they, and I quote “could not help”. It came to the point where it was either feed my son and I or pay the loan payment, which one would you choose? Once my loan went to the courts they started garnishing my checks and that was fine, but the payment was double what my loan payment would have been. My work decreased the amount of the payment to something I could afford and Danville Financial Services refused to accept that payment and took it back to the amount that was beyond what I could pay. I reached out them and they refused to help me again. They refused to lower the wage garnishment because “they could have helped me before it got to this point but I did nothing about it” (even though I tried and they couldn’t decrease the loan payment before it reached this point) and then hung up on me. If you are going through a difficult time and need a loan, do not go here. Sara and Karen are rude and will only do what benefits the business and do not care if you have enough money to survive. I am now having to take a second job to put food on the table and keep the lights on. Sorry that we can’t all be blessed with money and be born with a silver spoon in our mouths.
