Working with Luke Etheridge and Providence has been a blessing to me. He is such an honest and trustworthy young man. My insurance had increased on both auto and home insurance and Luke was able to compare my current policies and find all the areas that did not have adequate coverage and then find new home and auto policies with better coverage at a much cheaper rate. He made sure that all the areas that were not covered in the previous policies had been covered in the new policies. He answered all my questions with great patience and understanding. He went over each of the new policies step by step making sure that I understood everything on each policy. Luke cares about his customers and goes the extra mile. He made sure that I understood that I could call him at any time with any questions or concerns on my insurances. Recently I had an insurance claim on my home insurance. Luke walked me through it, kept me updated, made sure I understood the procedures, and reminded me to call him if I had any questions or concerns. He gave me tremendous peace of mind during the whole process. It was nice to know someone was genuinely concerned and made sure that I was not apprehensive about any of the procedures involved in the claim. I definitely recommend Luke and his team for insurance. They are so pleasant and treat you like family. It's nice to know that there are people who still care.
