This office has the most informative and nicest staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with.

Bernadette (and staff) treated me like I'm part of the family. Her insurance knowledge and help has proven to be a definite benefit to me personally.

Overall, I'm extremely happy that I was referred to this office. It's very comforting to know that someone genuinely takes interest in you as a person and has your back.

Bernadette and staff has been a 5 star company for many years. I have been with farmers since Cerro Grande, had a few claims, never had an issue. The past few years it has been harder to reach anyone in the office. I have left messages and eventually someone calls me back. OK I get it COVID etc..
Farmers rates have been going up and service has been in a steep decline over this past year. Recently I had either a vandal or a hit and run in a parking lot in September. Before I could even start an investigation on the security footage, waiting on the police report number, I am told, "NO YOU ARE NOT COVERED!" Stacked and portable insurance was not as described over the past 20+ years. The definitions and rules changed.

Finally reviewed the security footage, a Dodge truck scraped the side, hey I am covered according to Farmer's corporate. This sets off the Spanish Inquisition lead by Bernadette's office and A. Woepse. This was clear by how the "Investigator" asked very specific questions that only Bernadette's staff could have known.

I am very disappointed and my trust was lost as they did not bother to reach out to me on the matter before or during this brutal assault, since Bernadette's office was aware that I was awaiting security footage. I have dropped the claim as it caused my shingles to return, and once again farmers does not care.

As it turns out all of my vehicles were grossly underinsured as was my home. The house by $200K! I am glad I work hard to maintain a defensible space around it.

To add more insult, injury and salt to the wound, today, Nov 12, I am notified that all my insurance with Bernadette is cancelled, I am left wondering whether I have continuous coverage, and someone has maliciously ended it to create peril and additional inconvenience. There is no customer loyalty or care here so don't expect it. It is a shame that customer care is no longer part of some business models.

Farmers Insurance was quick to respond to our need and after the repair was completed and returned home we submitted pictures and received reimbursement quickly. We have been with Farmer's for many years and have had only great service. Thank you.
