Seemed ok, but I tried to get a quote and they oddly wouldnt cover my house because of wildfire exposure (even though it's downtown). I guess they don't do policies locally, cause they must not cover any houses in town. ?

I was extremely pleased by the response from Central Insurance Co. pursuant to our claim in connection with the recent wind damage on the 800 Trinity condominium building. Their claims representative quickly arranged for emergency "boarding up" of the damaged areas, which gave us tine for locating a contractor to do the permanent repairs. This was particularly helpful as I had no idea how to proceed quickly.

We have been using the Jemez Agency for 30 years now and have never had a complaint. They respond to any and all requests for services, changes and information quickly (usually that same day or the next). They have suggestions that may increase our coverage or save us money (or both). The front desk staff (Anna and Maria) know is by name AND by face. Always such a pleasure to have an excuse to see or talk with them. Have no intentions to change to another insurance office.

My wife and I recently moved to Santa Fe from another state. We were shopping for insurance for our new home, vehicles and an umbrella policy. We contacted the Jemez Agency and spoke with Maria Vigil. Maria was very easy to talk with and knowledgeable. Whenever we have had a claim, the Jemez Insurance Agency has processed our claim in an efficient, fast manner making the process worry free. One claim was extensive: Our 4Runner sustained over $8,000 in damages from a major sand storm in Rio Rancho. They responded quickly to our inquiries; referred us to a collision business; and approved all work required for proper repairs in a timely manner. We truly appreciate their hard work on this claim.

Not sure exactly when we signed up with the Jemez Agency for our insurance needs, but have been with them for many years now, and, even though we have had very few claims and thus relatively little interaction with the Jemez team, they have always been most helpful and informative when addressing our needs and claims or working to get the best rates and policies for us.
