I’ve been with state farm for almost a decade now. I’ve always been treated like family and taken care of with the best price for the best coverage. Jennifer and her staff are amazing. I was assisted by Sandra today. She was just as sweet and helpful. My new coverage on my new car was swapped over and my needs were met instantaneously. I recently added my grandson to my policy and my prior agency was charging way to much. They were unhelpful to say the least so I searched for a new insurer and came across Melissa Gabriel. She answered all my questions and was very thorough as I had many and made sure I understood. She made sure all my needed coverages auto/renters were met and left no rock unturned. I actually had a slightly cheaper agent but her customer service was worth pay the slight uncharge.
