Mr. Rob Bills and his licensed agents ARE AMAZING.!!! They go far and beyond to make your life so much easier when it comes to your insurance needs… I’ve used Rob and his Agents for about 7 or 8 years now and I’ve use several different Insurance companies over the many, many, many years of driving and I’ve never experienced such professionalism and extremely knowledgeable Insurance Agents than Rob and his staff. They treat you like family and are always just a phone call or email away. If you happen to need to file a claim, they’re right there to help walk you through it. If you call or email them with questions regarding your policy whether to just gain knowledge or if you’re in need of more coverage and happen to miss them, they always get back to you in a very timely manor. After experiencing the level of knowledge and care that I’ve experienced from Rob, Karim, and the rest of his staff for all of my vehicles, Harley’s and even my Renters Insurance needs for all these years, I’m a customer for life! And I don’t recommend many people or business often but, I HIGHLY recommend Rob Bills and his office, you will not regret it!

My experience with Rob is and has always been exceptional! The customer service he offers is untouchable. He does not take your business for guaranteed and really cares about your well being and what is in your best interest. He is always available. I went to purchase my car without any notice to him and in the midst of buying realized I needed to find out what the cost would be, he spent over an hour working the numbers for me on the spot. Because of a move and the inability for State Farm to cover my new dwelling under renters insurance Rob helped me in preparing me on what questions to ask and what to look for in a new provider, and he was loosing my business!! Unfortunately for me this was a State Farm regulation for the location where I moved however this speaks to Rob's professionalism and true customer care. Having someone who is going to spend time with you to help you, knowing they are loosing business, this is the character of the individual and speaks to how amazing he is and genuine his service truly is. Since my move, I can say I honestly miss having Rob as my rep., my experience with other large name reputable companies does not come close to what I had with Rob and as soon as I move again, he is getting my business back. I 100% recommend Rob as your insurance agent!
