I was at my wits end when I received a Notice of Nonrenewal from my insurance provider in Borrego Springs. They were referring me to a California Fair Plan which I hadn’t heard about nor understood. Fortunately for me I called Ramona Insurance and spoke to Talmadge Nichols. She reassured me that she understood the situation and could and would assist me with this issue. She did!!! Finally got answers. No FINALLY someone explained why CFA kept sending almost daily notices & cancellation notices! Why didn't they send out messages, or call the thousands of folks who also had problems?
This is very serious due to weather conditions & very short time table to make scheduled payment. Very Poor service from everyone. This is not my 1st year w/them, so why is my information input is incorrect? Technical error can be fixed with human efforts in many ways!!!
Doesn't make me feel secure of the quality of the company, when or if we need HELP.

I’d give Amber 10 if I could….She is an expert at her job. Was able to help me with getting coverage in a difficult area to find. Only one who could accommodate my needs and that’s saying a lot because she was one of 10 or more I reached out to for covering my mobile home on a fire hazard area.
