My wife and I have had a relationship with Esquivel Insurance Agency ,Inc. for over 20 years. First, with a small business policy, followed later by a Homeowners Policy. These are some of our comments.

1) Availability- If you have questions about your policy, coverage, rates, etc., someone is always available. If they do not know the answer , they do get back to you.

2) Honest Answers in the time of escalating costs for Homeowner policies covering fire.

5) Much better service and value compared to our prior Homeowners insurance company.

I switched to State Farm at the start of 2022 and I love it. When I first called it was because I purchased a new electric vehicle and my other provider was going to increase my monthly payment by about $250.
After calling Andy's office I knew I wanted to work with them. Norma, Andy's assistant, walked me through the entire process of purchasing auto insurance and made sure to answer all my questions along the way. I was able to sign-up and e-sign all my documents same day and ended up saving around $150 per month. Since then I have also signed up for full coverage insurance and even called about pet insurance when I was considering adopting a cat.
Recently, a deer ran into my headlight and the process of getting it repaired has been seamless. I called the office as soon as it happened and Norma helped me submit the claim as well as select a location for my headlight to be repaired. The total cost of the deer damage would have been over $2,000 but because of my insurance I only paid $250. Today my car was ready to be picked up and Norma made sure to call me and let me know it was ready.
If you are looking for a State Farm branch with a team that will always pick up the phone when you call, as well as help you in person at their office, that is Andy and Norma. My parents have used their insurance agent in Windsor for decades but I've already told them that as soon as he retires they should talk to Andy! I'm really happy with the service and insurance coverage.
