Barbara Lightfoot-Nielson is the best Agent. Everyone in the office are so nice. They make me feel like I'm the most important person. They know me by name, help me over the phone and make sure I have all the coverage I need for my car, house and myself. My claim was paid in a timely manner and they checked up to make sure everything was ok. When insurance rates were going up I received a heads up from them. Not all agents are as awesome as Barbara and her team. Price are fair as well.
