Called for a question I needed answered since I have State Farm. Spoke to Yesenia very rude felt super rushed off the phone.
Edit: thank you jimmy for replying I really appreciate it. That was exactly what I needed, help with is finding my agent and she didn’t care to help at all. Which was upsetting since it is still State Farm. I did get to finding the information I needed with the help of another local office.

After a bill spike and curiosity with my previous agent I stopped by to see if they can take a second look. Andrea was more than helpful in showing me the process to swap agents as I live in this area now, ended up looking through my account, and before I came back already discovered discrepancies and, had 3 courses of action I could take to get more for my money until I hit the next discount milestone which was also explained in detail. You can tell they want to do what’s best for you, not just sell a product you don’t need. Genuinely appreciated the help and is the only reason I didn’t swap insurance companies instead.
