Terrible experience renting a property they managed. Spent most of the summer without a working fridge or freezer. International landlords were often unreachable, made no investments in maintenance and generally terrible to work with. Michael at Straits claimed to be "simply a middle man" and unable to do anything.

The final straw was a $500 cleaning fee charged after having the house professionally cleaned two days before moving out.
