I am a Realtor located in the Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village area northwest of Los Angeles. I recently had a new listing and received an email from Justin quoting homeowners insurance for the property. This particular property is located in a severe fire zone. People in this area have had their policies dropped or premiums increased, sometimes doubled. Justin’s quote was extremely reasonable with excellent coverage.
