I have been a customer for years and never had a claim or anything against my driving record, yet my premium continues to stedily increase. I spoke to an agent this morning and rather than help me get a better rate, she said that I should shop around for better prices. Recently had a accident on a foreign model motorcycle and thought it was going to be a hassle to report my claim and to much less get my foreign sportbike in the shop to be fixed. Yet in less than a week everything was taking care of and my bike is already at shop so with the quick and ease and professionalism of Mr. Kimberly at allstate and associates I will be back on my motorcycle this year not next year like previously thought, thanks for helping get my life back to normal Kevin Kimberly!

I had an accident with my new Nissan frontier 4 wheel drive pickup I called Allstate they handled the whole situation fantastic it was in the body shop they had it for about a week it came out gorgeous like new at this point in time I recommend them
