I’ve been banking with First Tech since they first came to Santa Rosa. I’ve had nothing but great experiences from when I needed to get a personal loan for debt consolidation purposes, to small investments and advice on my homeowners and auto insurance policies. I appreciate the personal touch they offer their members. On top of all the services they offer, the staff at the Santa Rosa branch is always friendly and I feel like they know me on a personal level when I walk in because they remember my name! Every one is super friendly. The bank’s phone and online banking has always been easy too, so that’s a plus.

“ I just wanted to leave a quick review. I bank with many different banks, but locally I prefer First Tech Federal Credit Union Bank. (Honestly can we think about shorting the name?) Now on my latest visit, initially I was somewhat annoyed I had to go into the lobby. Well I walked in grumpy but left smiling. I was immediately greeted by the Branch manager. Her name tag read Cara but her face read Welcome. She excitedly helped me with my transactions and cheerfully informed me about several options for my account I was unaware of. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She even gave me tip about a local eatery and how wonderful their biscuits are. I was so pleased I didn’t even mind the candy dish was missing. 5 out of 5 stars. Will bank again. “
