I had to fight with them just to get an oem part on my car after a hit and run. Then the shop they recommended to me is shady. because I don't believe they did all the work they said they did. They did the bare minimum. And when I told them I wasn't comfortable with the shop I wanted to go to another shop I was told I would have to pay out of pocket. Allstate won't cover oem parts unless it's needed and the shop send pictures. Other than that your car will get all after market parts .
Also I chose automatic payments and they charge me for that. I no longer like Allstate I'm not a happy customer.

T&H agency is the has worst service no return calls and never picks up the phone. All they care about is send payments. They bought this off a very reputable agent ive been using for a long time and turned it into crap show. I can not even get help trying to buy insurance for other cars. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone.

All states have great advertisements commercials on television. But they never made me think that I mattered in the more than 7 years me and my family were with them

Not sure what happened here. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t return my calls. They do not respond to emails. I’d hate to see how anyone would be treated in the event of an accident. Do not recommend.
